Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at highlandherdstudio.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.*
